Fest Health Policy

The Boston Kids Comics Festival places a high priority on the health of its attendees, exhibitors, and community at Northeastern as we return to a full-scale indoor event. We recommend masking within all of our spaces and will provide any necessary PPE to the public.

Safe Space policy

The Boston Kids Comics Fest is proud to be a safe space for kids and families to join creators in a positive environment celebrating comics. Harassment of any nature is not welcome at our event. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to race, gender, sexual orientation, body size, disability, appearance, and religion, deliberate intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact and unwelcome sexual attention.

Attendees, Exhibitors, and Staff are all subject to our anti-harassment policy. If a person engages in harassing behavior, we will take the appropriate action, up to and including permanent removal from the show space and the possibility of police involvement.

If you are being harassed, witness someone else being harassed, or have any concerns, please seek out a BKCF staff member – identifiable by turquoise-colored shirts. You may also report the incident by sending an email to bkcfest@gmail.com. All incidents reported will be kept strictly confidential. We will address each situation brought to our attention individually to the best of our ability.
