The Boston Kids Comics Fest strives:
- To promote comics, graphic novels, and hybrid books designed for children
- To educate children and the public about the creation of comics and their value in literary and general education
- To elevate the place of comics in American culture and children’s programming through panel discussions, hands on workshops, advocacy, and exhibitions
- To encourage children in their own artistic talents, dreams and endeavors
